iii. Good hands-on knowledge and experience on WCF, RIA Services.
iv. Good hands-on knowledge of ASP.Net & C# for above .Net Framework
v. Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Library framework for .Net 3.0/3.5/4.0.
vi. Hands on knowledge of performance tuning, secure coding practices
vii. Good MS SQL Server DB knowledge.
Preferred:
Expertise in Messaging Architecture will be a plus
Credit Card Industry background will be a plus

• Java / J2EE / Spring Framework / Hibernate/JavaScript / HTML / Core Java (JMS, Collections API..) / Multithreading/Oracle back end DB (PL/SQL)
• Good at Object Orientation
• Expertise in Collection framework
• Given a codebase, should be able to understand Java/J2ee code and the logic
• Should have experience in writing queries in MS SQL or oracle
• Should be able to understand the Stored Procedures by looking at the code
