Job Description:
- Must have strong off-shoring background and be committed to working in an off-shoring cycle
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to integrate into client team
- Must be able to work independently with the client team and lead/manage a medium sized team working offshore
- Hands on in .NET/SQL, able to resolve critical issues during the day, review outputs from offshore team, ensure code quality and meet functional/non-functional requirements
- Be single point of contact at client site
- Exposure to healthcare domain
Technical Skills
Required:
- Strong experience with SQL Server Development including complex queries, stored procedures, etc.
- Strong experience in .Net development
- Working experience on .NET framework, .NET, NHibernate and WCF
- Exposure to Cognos 8 Modeling and reporting will be a plus
- Exposure to SSIS package development will be a plus
