Description:

Position will be responsible for the build out of the new securities lending platform, from system architecture and design, through development, quality assurance and deployment. Position will lead a team of Developers and Business Analysts to execute the project.

Qualifications: 

• The individual will require strong domain knowledge in Securities Finance, Collateral Management and Custody, with at least five years of experience in the field, key areas include loan processing workflows, settlement, cash management, accounting and client billing. 
• Individual should possess a technical background in building enterprise distributed systems, with experience in relational databases, messaging and object oriented programming languages. 
• As the project manager, individual should have experience with the full software development lifecycle and have excellent leadership, organization and communication skills, 
• The individual should have at least 5 years of experience managing a team of 10 – 15 developers.
