Job Description:

• Significant professional experience in online experience design, favoring online applications (not just marketing-type websites, not print experience)
• Ability to translate wireframes, verbal ideas and text requirements into pixel-perfect concepts and designs that demonstrate the user experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks) or similar tool to create user interfaces
• Sensitivity to visual design patterns; ability to create and maintain guidelines for visual assets and application brand
• Experience designing from wireframes and in collaboration with a user experience/information architect, product manager, and software development team
• Ability to extend existing look/feel to new functional elements
• High degree of familiarity with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery  (meaning, they’ve designed for it, not that they can code in it)
• Superior current knowledge of user experience principles,graphic design standards, design trends, and techniques for web and mobile software products
• Experience working with responsive design and/or mobile design
• Experience with data visualization and/or BIRT Report Designer is a plus
• Familiarity with Bootstrap is a plus.
• Experience developing multi-language UI design is a plus
