Job Description:

·   Call Center Technology QA Experience (minimum of 2 years would be ideal)
·   Empirix Hammer/CallMaster Experience
·   VXML Knowledge (a plus)
·   SOAPUI or SOATest Experience
·   Clear spoken English (required for grammar/speech recognition technology)
·   Experience with Quality Center – Test Case Writing and Defect Tracking
·   Financial Services Background
