Role

• Total of 12-15 years of Industry Experience with 8-10 years in Identity and Access Management. 
• The Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Architect is responsible for designing and implementing Identity and Access management platform for publishing company 
• The candidate is expected to work directly with client technical teams 
• Architect OIM solution components, develop technical solution specifications, perform identity and account data modeling, analysis,
• Design and implement identity management workflow process definitions, Identity Manager Connector (Web Services) applications.
• The candidate must have knowledge of multiple technology platforms and architectures.  
• The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and team player.

Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural oversight, including strategic recommendations and guidance on OIM capabilities 
• Provide solution for OIM UI customization based on business requirements.
• Lead OIM design activities and create design artifacts.
• Provide recommendations on OIM integration with fulfillment and customer facing applications 
• Provide subject matter and technology expertise on OIM to development team
• Resolve OIM specific challenges
• Operate with a team of architects, software developers & engineers - in a setting that involves interacting with Project Management, Development, Quality Engineering.
• Help in manage the OIA or OIM standards for the organizations overall application integration, middleware interfaces and security architecture
• Provide oversight for production preparations and go live

Required Skills:

• 8+ years hands-on experience with design, development, and implementation of Identity and Access management strategies, architectures, and technical solutions
• In-depth understanding on Oracle Identity & Access Management stack is must
• Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 11g R1/R2
• Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11g R1/R2 
• Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM) 11g R1/R2,  
• Oracle Entitlement Server (OES), 
• Oracle Virtual directory (OVD)
• Oracle Unified directory (OUD)
• API gateway

Hands on experience with following 

• OIM UI customization 
• Integration with fulfillment systems/ERP/TIBCO 
• Provisioning via Identity Manager Connector to external system 
• End to End Implementation of OIM, OAM and OES.
• Oracle ADF  
• Experience in defining Scalable & HA deployment Architecture using Oracle Weblogic Server
• Experience in developing SOA based solutions
• Experience in integrating identity and access management software into clients' infrastructure and applications
• Experience with security protocols (LDAP, SAML, SPML, XACML, OAUTH, OpenID etc.)
• Experience with single sign and federated identity solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Experience in working with remote teams 
• Onsite-offshore team management skill
• Experience in Java/J2EE n-Tier Solutions

Nice to Have Skills

• Oracle Identity Analytics 11g Certified Implementation Specialist
• Prior experience working in Publishing domain
