Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

• Primarily (but not limited to) responsible for building out and maintaining and automated continuous delivery pipeline. 

• Work with developers to ensure applications rolling out are scalable and highly available as appropriate

• Ensure CI pipeline takes into account operations (monitoring, logging, etc)

• Day to day Unix / Linux system administration (user provisioning, instance provisioning, patching, backups, troubleshooting, performance tuning)

• Supporting developers with application deployments

• Private and public cloud provisioning and administration

 Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience with 4+ years of strong Unix / Linux system engineering experience

• Good working knowledge of scripting/shell scripting

• 2+ years strong Puppet and/or Chef experience

• Strong working knowledge of administration and provisioning in private cloud environments (VMware, XEN, KVM)

• Experience with AWS Infrastructure engineering, provisioning of servers, administering/using AWS products. 

Experience in:

• Jenkins

• Python

• JBOSS or Tomcat

• F5 (or other load balancing experience)

• CA Siteminder

 Nice to Have:

• GIT or SVN experience

• Bamboo
