Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in Testing.
• Quality Center - Test Management Tool
• Lead 2 to 6 member team
• Basic SQL Query knowledge
• Support build and release management
• Native and Mobile web application testing knowledge
• Load Runner – Nice to have
• XML knowledge – Nice to have
Personal characteristics required:
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Work independently on complex tasks
• Communicates appropriately up and down the management chain
• Should be able to handle complete life cycle of a module/ change request independently with minimum guidance.
• Able to work with client development manager and developers.
 
Experience and skills desired:
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum
• Fair knowledge of Automated Test script development (HP QuickTest Professional/Selenium Web Driver/Goggle Robot)
• Experience with Healthcare application development is a plus
