Job Description:
1. Very strong Object oriented Prinicples and object oriented Design
2. Thorough knowledge in Design Patterns – Gang of four and J2EE patterns
3. Excellent knowledge on J2EE technologies like Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Web and REST services
4. Hands on experience in Xtreme Programming and Test Driven Development
5. Should have achieved at least 80% unit test coverage with end to end CI integration in any project
6. Should be hands-on in configuring Hudson and Jenkins
7. Very well versed with SONAR and most of its plugin configuration and usage
8. Should have expertise and interest about more advanced programming environments and concepts
9. Inclination towards automating at every manual step
10. Should have setup end to end Continuous Integration in multiple projects
11. Strong believer in “Testable software is only deployable and maintainable”
12. Sound knowledge on Intent Driven Development and Domain Driven Development
13. Write code adhering to Single Responsibility Principles
14. Knowledge of Design By Contract and its applicability
15. Able to define development guidelines/standards and mentor distributed teams
