Front End Developer - Omaha, NE

Responsibilities:

• Front-end development leadership. You architect the presentation tier and establish coding standards for the team. You also work closely with the back-end developers to ensure that front- end code is properly modularized, integrated with the back end, and tested 
• Produce expert-level front-end code. You enjoy producing clean, easy-to-read, and testable JavaScript, adhering to W3C specs and best practices. You’re also deeply familiar with JavaScript 
• MVC frameworks, JavaScript design patterns, and other components such as jQuery and plugins 

Required Skills: 

• Experience building user interfaces for functional desktop, tablet, and mobile applications 
• Knowledge of Javascript design patterns and experience writing cross-browser/platform JavaScript 
• Experience with JavaScript MVC frameworks such as Backbone.js, AngularJS, and Ember.js 
• Experience developing REST-ful applications 
• Experience with Jasmine or similar Javascript testing libraries 
• Experience with template libraries 
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript, plus jQuery and similar JavaScript libraries 
• Experience with responsive and adaptive web design 

Additional capabilities

• A strong appreciation for the importance of creating useful, usable, and desirable applications 
• Collaborate with technical team members and mentor more junior colleagues 
• Speak and write well, play well with others, and engage with senior-level clients Experience in consulting and the ability to deal with ambiguity  
• Willingness to travel to client locations and collaborate with distributed delivery teams
