Job Description:
- Define Data Management Solution roadmap and manage related implementations
- Define the program/project outline in co-ordination with other tracks
- Contribute to the project planning process by estimating Data Architecture, Modeling, ETL, Reporting tasks and deliverables
- Contributes in the design of, reviews, validates and approves DWH, including data-marts, integration strategy , policies and processes for DWBI solution maintenance
- Work closely with internal and external clients to determine reporting
- Support the implementation of the Enterprise DW/BI program by performing all roles associated with Architecture, design and development of the solution
- Balance short-term business needs and deliverables with long term design implications
- Reviews, validates and approves the DWH Detailed Specification
- Support DWBI solutions architecture, design and integration in intensive SOA-based environment
- requirements, data architecture and non-functional requirements and design solutions
- Define and communicates targeted application architecture, application design and application security requirements
- Create new and maintain / extend data models (Star Schemas, Snowflake Schemas and 1-3NF models) and consolidate them into the authoritative near Real-Time data warehouse solutions
- Designing cubes and drill through reports including dashboards, reporting data models, security/access controls, integration, scalability/tuning, quality assurance and configuration management
- De-normalize data models for canned and ad hoc report performance and system feeds that will be generated from the warehouse or marts
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on data from various sources including database for log files to identify new business metrics patterns that will enhance the Customer's data quality and value
