  2. Avaya Call Center Elite Multichannel (Voice, Video, Email, Chat) 
  3. Avaya Experience Portal 
  4. Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services 
  5. Integration with Avaya UC solutions: Aura Session Manager, System Manager, Communication Manager 
  6. Agent on the Web 
  7. Social Media Call Center Interfaces
Required Skills:
  • Avaya contact center experience telephone
  • Java/J2ee with spring
