Responsibilities:

• The role requires developing an Accounting Interface from the Source System - BPS to the General Ledger system (LAP).  The BA will be required to work with business and facilitate in automation of accounting for the Equity products. 
• Required Skills: 
• The role will require knowledge of  Accounting (doesn't have to be a CPA)

Ability to write:

• BRD's - Business Requirement Documents which will entail discussion with Business and gathering requirements for Accounting, Reg. Reporting and Management Reporting.
• FSR's - Functional Specification Requirements; this is typically done by IT but here it's done by BA's. It entails creating Accounting schema, mapping to existing GL Accounting tables. A basic understanding of trade life cycle is required
