Responsibilities:
- Ability to lead a small team of developers in programming, design and documentation
- Ability to convert business requirements into a design
- Participates in architecture and design of solution; leads module level design and implementation;
- Manages the technical rollout and post- deliverable technical strategy
- Has effective client interaction skills.
- Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables
- Participate in code review
- 8-10+ years of experience in Mainframes - COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
- Good Analytic skills.
- Expertise on RDBMS concepts.
- Good to have Insurance domain knowledge
