Job description:

Responsibilities: 

• Ability to lead a small team of developers in programming, design and documentation
• Ability to convert business requirements into a design
• Participates in architecture and design of solution; leads module level design and implementation;
• Manages the technical rollout and post- deliverable technical strategy
• Has effective client interaction skills.
• Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables
• Participate in code review

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience in Mainframes - COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• Good Analytic skills.
• Expertise on RDBMS concepts. 

Nice to Have Skills

• Good to have Insurance domain knowledge
