Job Description:

• Develop and Maintain project documentation such as business requirements and application design documents based on business rules and specifications

• Oversight Installation and configuration of enterprise wide HFM, FDM, DRM, shared services and Oracle Hyperion financial reporting applications

• Establish development best practices in Oracle Hyperion Solution delivery

• Troubleshoot HFM, FDM, HFR, Shared Services, DRM and Hyperion financial reporting application issues

• Support Month End Close Activities which includes

1. Reporting Status of FDM Data Loads
2. Resolving of Data Mapping Issues in FDM with inputs from Business

• Use Service Manager for incident reporting and resolution

• Manage Security configuration on LDAP and Active Directory

• Analyze and resolve system and application software malfunctions

• Infrastructure capacity planning such as server configuration

• Document Oracle Hyperion platform changes

• Document Disaster Recovery processes for platform failover & High Availability

• Provide new hardware specifications and platform architecture guidance based on application needs and anticipated business growth

• Identification and monitoring of Key performance metrics on Oracle Hyperion platforms and automation of monitoring workflows

• Oversee service continuity, availability, security configuration and capacity management across all Oracle Hyperion applications globally

• Interact and manage off shore teams for off hour activities and train the teams to continuously improve support organization effectiveness
