Job Description:
- 8+ years Informatica experience
- Experience leading a team of 4 or more offshore
- Very strong written and verbal communication is a must.
- Experience with both ETL for reporting and ETL for system-to-system integration
- Experience writing and reviewing functional and technical specs, reviewing testing results
- Must have a clear understanding of mappings, sessions, workflows, worklets, re-usable transformations, mapplets and shortcuts.
- Must be a self-driven leader who can set goals for oneself and for team members.
- Must be able to estimate effort required, plan and execute tasks to achieve project goals.
- Must be able to systematically plan and approach execution of project tasks as well as be able to come up with ways to thoroughly & systematically review and test deliverables by team members.
