Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the architecture and detailed design of the system.
• Responsible for architecture and designing the integration points with other systems.
• Conducted detail design reviews of the application changes.
• Responsible for all development activities, tracking of development progress, ensuring code quality, development progress report, metrics.
• Lead the team in the design phase & implementation.
• Coordinated with leads/ owners of other dependent applications on design, implementation and testing issues.
• Reporting to senior management on the status of the system development.
• Collaborated with Project manager in enforcing process adherence among the team members.
• Responsible for team members’ performance evaluations and promotions.
• Ability code and participate in development

• CA7 scheduling
• Enterprise Application framework Development with java (Spring)
• Using application server features
