Required Skills:

• 7+ years of progressively complex, full SDLC experience using J2EE and/or Spring/Hibernate. 
• Strong web development skills, including XML, CSS, jQuery, jQueryUI, JavaScript, Backbone, knockout, HTML5 
• Solid understanding of OOD, design patterns, and multi-tier architecture for web applications. 
• Familiarity with one of Java web development frameworks, Struts, Spring MVC.
• Experience Using Maven, Git
• Strong programming skills of SQL and stored procedures, preferably Oracle and SQL Server. 
• Fluent in communication to understand and clarify moderately complex instructions. Ability to interact directly with the client and their business partners. Very good in facilitating Meetings, note taking and presenting.
• Team work and ability to work with Onsite-Offshore model and work with minimal supervision. Ability to Guide, review work and provide feedback to other engineers 
• Ability to adopt to client’s development guidelines, best practices and processes
• Experience on Agile application development methodology
