Experience:

• Total 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years of User Experience and User Interface design using UE tools and HTML/JS/CSS
• Position Description: The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect client-side Web based solutions by mapping common customer business problems to end-to-end technology solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to agility, business value, and architecture is a must.
• Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements 
• Implement architecture by building components and custom designs; prototyping; data migration; maintaining technical integrity and consistency; documenting system 
• Design and implement Web frameworks, libraries, or accelerators to be used as value-added product offerings
• Manage customer relationship by communicating Web Technology architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues
• Establishing architectural and development standards around Web Technologies
• Validate system performance by developing and conducting test scripts; completing bug fixes

Required Skills:

Qualifications:

• 6+ years’ experience in IT 
• 4+ years of User Experience and User Interface design with below skills
• HTML , XHTML & DHTML
• FEE Architecture Experience
• Javascript expertise
• Experience using or working knowledge of various industry adopted frameworks such as jquery, angular, extjs, backbone
• CSS (create or edit the css layout based templates)
• Usability Concept (Browser compatibility issues)
• Java Script
• Actionscript 2.0 & 3
• Adobe Photoshop
• Mockup creation
• Prototype designing
• Table less designing
• Knowledge in usability and accessibility
• Knowledge in fixing browser compatibility issues 
• Strong skills to effectively interface with client executives, understand their business requirements and create UI mockups, prototypes on the fly based on customer’s requirements
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field

Other Skills (desired): 

• Demonstrated consulting skills, including client relationships and team facilitation
• Well-developed organizational and interpersonal communications skills
• General understanding of the business environment, models and motivations 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, such as meeting facilitation, presentation and documentation 
• Have strong collaboration and influencing skills 
• Project management experience is a plus
• Consulting experience with a large multi-national is a plus
• Work experience in the Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Communication industries is a plus. 

Travel:

• Ability to apply for a visa – no prior visa rejections. 
• International travel to client location for short/long term as needed.
