Job Description:
  • Iron Mountain (IRM) is re-platforming their Customer Care Center Agent Workflow System (AWS). AWS2.0 is to provide IRM with an application with more agility, better reporting and visibility into processes, better performance, and usability. 
  • The end-to-end BPM solution is based on IBM BPM 8.0 using Apex Coach Views with integration to their Safe Keeper Plus (SKP) order management system of record via SOLR, JDBC, or Rocket.
  • We are looking for a strong self-motivated and experienced hands-on IBM BPM Architect and Tech Lead Developer who can lead the team of onsite/offshore IBM BPM developers. The architect will be responsible for end-to-end system architecture & design of AWS2 and also perform development whenever possible. Must be a subject matter expert in IBM BPM tool with Oracle backend
Primary Skills:
  • Extensive experience in IBM Business Process Management (BPM) Architecture and Development role.
  • Must have proven experience architecting and developing BPM applications.
  • Sound understanding of IBM BPM LDAP (users/groups) and Microsoft Active Directory
  • Able to understand and articulate business requirements into technical development tasks
  • Basic understanding of various SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, RUP, etc)
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript (Dojo or Jquery)
  • Proven experience in architecting and creating process models.
  • Sound understanding of Web Services and SOAP
  • Sound understanding of JMS and JTA
  • Solid proven hands-on development experience with in Java & J2EE including dojo and AJAX services or comparative framework on Unix/Windows environment.
  • Solid relational database experience with good command of SQL, PL/SQL and JDBC with Oracle databases.
  • Command on OLTP and OLAP design concepts.
Soft Skills: 
  • Must be a self-starter, analytical, team player, problem solver and decision maker.
  • A leader - lead a team of developers on and off-site as well as be a thought leader for the client. The client is looking up to this person as the BPM expert that will guide them thru process improvement.
  • Willing and motivated to learn new technologies, businesses, and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
Other Valuable Skills:
  • Knowledge of creating reusable Toolkits
  • Knowledge of Apex Coach View Toolkits
