Technically excellent PEGA SSA with good written and oral communications. The following will the nature of tasks he/she will be involved.


Required Skills:


Incident Management

  • Manage incidents in production environment
  • Provide triage analysis to the end user
  • Provide temporary solution or workaround solution within the agreed SLs
  • Document a Root Cause Analysis (“RCA”) of the production defect
  • Provide permanent solution/fix to the issue
UAT support
  • Work with the Quality Center team to fix production defects
  • Secure the production move approvals
Release and Deployment into production support
  • Create a deployment package and submit PPM, , i.e., the project management tool to submit and track work requests, request to the IT Operations team for deployment to production servers
Analysis & Design for Maintenance releases,
  • Perform detailed analysis and design for the CR
  • Create impact analysis document, detailed software technical design documents
  • Secure signoffs on the design
Construction and Unit testing

System testing


UAT support

  • Work along with the Quality Center team to fix production defects
  • Secure the production move approvals
Release and Deployment into production support
  • Create a deployment package and submit PPM request to the IT Operations team for deployment to production servers
