• 10+ years total experience with 5+ years leading people
• Hands on Agile experience within a Scrum team, preferably as a ScrumMaster
• Strong hands-on experience on JAVA/Spring Framework/Hibernate/JQuery/JUnit/Messaging/SOA
• Strong SQL/Stored Procedure development in Sybase/ORACLE
• Strong ETL/Informatica experience
• Strong UNIX background
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience doing Agile development
• Brokerage/banking background
• Strong data analytical skills
• Good communication skills
