Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

The developer will be part of Finance IT development team. The responsibilities will be to:

• Design and code new functionality 
• Practice test driven development 
• Take end-to-end ownership of your part of the functionality 
• Design user interfaces, algorithms, data structures, test cases 
• Prepare design documentation for new modules and new products 
• Write technical documents that explain how new modules and new products are implemented 
• Prepare technical presentations for training and knowledge transfer as required 
• Implement unit test cases and automated test suites for new and existing functionality 
• Participate in the full life-cycle development process from definition and design to product delivery

Requirements:

• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, Sybase).
• Strong knowledge of the Sybase T-SQL language
• Experience creating database objects (tables, views, triggers, indexes etc).
• Experience writing stored procedures and performance tuning of sql code
• Experience with data modeling, designing
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting
