• Hands on PL-SQL Skills
• Hands on XML Processing Skills in PL-SQL 
• Hands on in SQL Query Tuning and Performance tuning

• Any other scripting language will be an added plus 
• Should be able to work independently and have an aptitude to learn and adopt new things
