Data Warehouse and BI Onsite Technical Coordinator - Boston, MA

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for overall delivery of data warehouse and BI development from Orchestrall offshore team
• Act as a liaison between American Tower onsite team and Orchestrall offshore team
• Review business requirements and user stories prepared by American Tower business analysts
• Participate in design session with onsite technical team
• Partner with onsite technical team to prepare detailed technical specifications for offshore development team
• Provide guidance to offshore developers on technical matters
• Collaborate with onsite technical team and project manager in project planning activities such as estimating development work effort, allocating offshore resources and setting task completion dates  
• Monitor progress of the tasks assigned to offshore development team
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to complete the QA testing activities
• Responsible for enforcing the coding standards by offshore team by engaging in hands-on code reviews
• Participate in hand-on development work as necessary
• Manage and coordinate code deployments from DEV  Instance to QC instance
• Participate in daily scrum meetings 
• Maintain flexible work hours to coordinate between onsite and offshore teams
• Responsible for creating status reports for offshore development team
• Responsible for task prioritization and issue resolutions for offshore development
• Foster and maintain trusted business partner relationships with business users and IT colleagues

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong experience in Oracle BI Applications implementation and development
• Prior hands-on experience with BI Apps ETL and OBIEE development 
• Working knowledge of Oracle eBS Applications 
• Good understanding of data warehouse and BI concepts 
• Familiarity with database administration, database tuning and optimization
• Strong knowledge in ETL tools such as Informatica or ODI 
• Strong knowledge in OBIEE Tools 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to enforce development standards and best practices
• Prior experience in leading data warehouse and BI professionals

• Experience with OLAP such as Essbase is preferable
