REQUIRED SKILLS: 

• Define strategy, principles, vision and standards for data modeling and data management
• Analyze, design and deliver data models, master data management and metadata management capabilities utilizing the SAP ECC, SAP BPC, SAP Insurance Analyzer, HANA EDW and IBM Infosphere platforms
• Work with cross-functional teams in design and build of data-centric solutions for General Ledger; Sub-Ledger; Planning, Budgeting & forecasting; Financial Reporting and ETL
• Hands-on delivery of strategically aligned and well-designed data models to meet complex business needs including operational and BI solutions
• Deliver the effective mapping of information assets as they flow from SAP ERP and other systems to HANA to ensure data integrity, optimal transparency, quality, and consistency in alignment with data architecture
• Map business requirements to the SAP HANA technology, and negotiate with the business teams to maximize and adopt standard functionality
• Provide technical direction and support including prototype development for functionality demos and discussion with the business units
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution across teams and resources and serve as a liaison amongst IT and business teams
• Assist the Information Management Reporting and ETL Architects in development of effective reporting and analytic strategies, with an emphasis on self-service empowered by the HANA platform
• Establish governance policies to ensure new solutions are in alignment with strategic direction for each technology platform (i.e. HANA)
