REQUIRED SKILLS: 

• Work with developers, project managers, and business analysts in conceptualizing and developing database code
• Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of application and database business requirements and stakeholder requirements, objectives, and deliverables. 
• Developing, testing and implementing business logic by developing logical and physical database models, scripting stored procedures, packages and triggers. 
• Performance testing, tuning, and maintenance of database applications. 
• Assist in defining database development plans, including scoping, scheduling, and providing time estimates for programming tasks and implementation plans. 
• Ensure the performance of the system and data integrity. 
• Conduct advanced analysis of output and performance. 
• Coordinate with internal resources as needed to define or validate requirements.
• Oracle database development. Good understanding of PL/SQL concept. 
• Experience in data management, data modeling and set up metadata standards and data quality 
• Oracle data management tools
• TOAD and SQL Developer 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Working Java based application. 
• Onshore-offshore model
• Mentoring skills
