Job Description:
- Avaya Management
- L2/L3 Support
- Experience: 6 to 9 years
- Configure the core services for voice, email and chat, Internetworking (protocol & port level) knowledge
- Broad knowledge of telecoms systems
- Switching architecture and telephone
- Strong ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) configuration knowledge
- VoIP deployment experience
- Setup SIP with the Communication Manager (CM)
- Programming for call routing & multimedia workflow
- Screen pop programming desired ,Develop and Implement call scripts
- Strong fault isolation and resolution skills
- Knowledge of security standards and technologies
- Prefer to have experience in either AACC (Avaya Aura Contact Center) or Avaya EMC (Elite Multichannel)
