Job Description:
  • Avaya Management 
  • L2/L3 Support 
  • Experience: 6 to 9 years
  • Configure the core services for voice, email and chat, Internetworking (protocol & port level) knowledge
  • Broad knowledge of telecoms systems
  • Switching architecture and telephone
  • Strong ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) configuration knowledge 
  • VoIP deployment experience
  • Setup SIP with the Communication Manager (CM)
  • Programming for call routing & multimedia workflow
  • Screen pop programming desired ,Develop and Implement call scripts
  • Strong fault isolation and resolution skills
  • Knowledge of security standards and technologies
  • Prefer to have experience in either AACC (Avaya Aura Contact Center) or Avaya EMC (Elite Multichannel)
