Required Skills:       

• Technical lead with 5+ years of  Flex experience
• Do Unit testing ,QA testing, defect tracking, Bug fixing
• Conduct code reviews to verify the coding standards, best practices and provide feedback to the offshore team
• Fluent in communication to understand and clarify moderately complex instructions. Ability to interact directly with the client and their business partners. Very good in facilitating Meetings, note taking and presenting.
• Team work and ability to work with Onsite-Offshore model and work with minimal supervision. Ability to Guide, review work and provide feedback to other engineers 
• Ability to adopt to client’s development guidelines, best practices and processes
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum

• Flex 3 to Flex 4 Migration
