Job Description:
- 10+ years of experience in Data Modeling with at least 4 years in an MDM environment
- Experience in building up ref/master data models relying on relational, object and hierarchical oriented approaches and SOA (pre- and post-conditions for triggering validation rules) is important to optimize the MDM data model to meet business requirements
- Experience in the Insurance industry especially with Plan, Products and Participants
- Experience in building Data Dictionary
- Demonstrated understanding of conceptual, logical and physical data modeling techniques, for both relational and dimensional models.
- Demonstrated ability to document source/target integration and transformation specifications and effectively communication with ETL developers
- Experience with TIBCO MDM or other MDM products from Informatica, IBM or Talend
