Requirements:

• A passion for building scalable, robust software with automation in mind
• Great team player with strong ability to work independently
• 8+ years of software development experience in OO languages.
• 6+ years of experience working in Java
• 4+ years of experience developing distributed data processing platforms with selected Big Data technologies, i.e., Hadoop, Hive, Spark
• 4+ years of experience working with relational databases
• Hand-on experience on processing tens of TB scale data sets in production
• Hand-on experience in writing scripts using both Python and Unix shell
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environment
• Great team player with strong ability to work independently
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with AWS technologies like EC2, S3, EMR, is a must.
• Solid knowledge on public key encryption
